Demand Package
A demand package is the document set an insurer sends the at-fault party requesting reimbursement, the demand letter plus the evidence and itemized damages that support it.
Also known as: subrogation demand, demand letter
A strong demand package makes liability and damages self-evident: a clear statement of the recovery theory, a chronology of the loss, the cited evidence (photos, estimates, statements, police reports), and an itemized total. The stronger the package, the faster it resolves, and the less it gets disputed.
